Deadstock and new canvas married in the same object. 12oz primed duck — the kind that holds shape before you've even decided what shape you want. The denim came from stock that was already waiting. This bag didn't need to be invented. It needed to be recognized.

Hardware sourced from around the shop — not selected, discovered. Sustainability isn't a marketing word here. It's the actual method. What's nearby becomes what's needed. That's how most of the real things get made.
