Shipping policy
Overview
Julian Prince Dash is an independent studio brand. Many of our pieces are limited, one-of-one, custom, reconstructed, made-to-order, or produced in small batches.
Because of this, shipping timelines may vary depending on the item purchased, production requirements, material availability, order volume, and whether the piece is ready-made or made specifically for you.
We do our best to ship orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining the standard of the work.
Order Processing
Ready-made items typically ship within 3–7 business days after your order is confirmed.
Custom, made-to-order, altered, reconstructed, or limited-production items may require additional production time before shipping. Estimated lead times will be listed on the product page when applicable.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
If your order includes both ready-made and made-to-order items, the full order may ship together once all items are complete unless otherwise arranged.
Made-to-Order and Custom Items
Made-to-order, custom, altered, and one-of-one pieces are not pulled from warehouse inventory. They may require studio time, sourcing, cutting, sewing, finishing, quality control, and final inspection.
Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees, unless we have confirmed a specific deadline in writing.
If there is a material delay, production issue, or other change affecting your order, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, package weight, and available carrier options.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Promotional free-shipping offers may be available from time to time and may be subject to order minimums or other conditions.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout.
Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or high-volume shipping periods may affect delivery.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, border processing, import restrictions, or local delivery carriers.
If an international package is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions, any refund or store credit will be evaluated after the item is returned to us and inspected. Original shipping costs and related fees may not be refundable.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking number.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at STUDIO@JULIANPRINCEDASH.COM, and we will help where possible.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Julian Prince Dash is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at STUDIO@JULIANPRINCEDASH.COM. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
Julian Prince Dash is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost or delayed, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will provide reasonable support if documentation is needed.
For high-value, custom, or one-of-one orders, we may require signature confirmation or shipping insurance.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at STUDIO@JULIANPRINCEDASH.COM with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
Damage claims must be reported as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate next step.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is available, pickup instructions will be provided after your order is ready.
Please do not arrive before receiving a ready-for-pickup notification.
Local pickup orders may require proof of purchase, order confirmation, or valid identification.
Preorders and Drops
For preorders, limited drops, and special releases, shipping timelines may differ from standard orders.
Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page or communicated during the drop.
By purchasing a preorder or limited-release item, you acknowledge that production and fulfillment may take additional time.
Split Shipments
In some cases, we may ship items separately depending on availability, production status, or fulfillment needs.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
