Refund policy

Return Policy

Julian Prince Dash pieces are produced in limited runs, small batches, and often as one-of-one, customized, or made-to-order garments. Because of this, we do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

We offer store credit only on eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be returned in the same condition it was received: unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact us at STUDIO@JULIANPRINCEDASH.COM within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit once the item has been received and inspected.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at STUDIO@JULIANPRINCEDASH.COM with your order number and photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will make it right through repair, replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution based on the item and situation.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom garments
  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Altered or personalized items
  • One-of-one pieces
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, damaged, or used items
  • Items returned without approval

Because many JPD pieces are produced with limited materials, vintage textiles, reconstructed garments, or custom work, exact replacements may not always be possible.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges because many items are limited or one-of-one.

The fastest option is to request a return for store credit, then use that credit toward another available item.

EU / International Orders

For eligible orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have a legal 14-day cooling-off right under EU consumer rules. This right may not apply to custom-made, personalized, altered, or made-to-order items. Where required by law, we will honor the applicable consumer protection rules.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been approved.

If approved, store credit will be issued to the email address used at checkout. Store credit does not expire unless otherwise stated.
